Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."  - Matthew 28:18-20

The Baptist Missionary Association of America

Southgate Baptist Church is affiliated with the Baptist Missionary Association of America, a group of conservative Baptist Churches. In theology the churches are evangelical, missionary, and fundamental. Structurally, we believe in the authority of the local New Testament Church.

The national association, fifteen state associations and 80 local and district associations have missionaries working on the local, state and foreign fields. They also own and operate children's homes, colleges, Bible schools, bookstores, office buildings, and radio and television, and publish a number of periodicals, books and tracts.
